About Maryland Primary Care and Wellness

UPPER MARLBORO LOCATION

Welcome to Maryland Primary Care and Wellness. Since opening our doors over eighty years ago, we have been welcoming patients seeking treatment and disease prevention. The practice has been successfully managed for more than eighty years by Dr Sasscer, Dr Clark Holmes, Dr Alain Champaloux and now Dr. Albert Takem.

SILVER SPRING LOCATION

Our silver spring location was previously the primary care practice of Dr. Peter B. Sherer for 27 years. After Dr. Sherer retired in January 2022, Dr. Albert Takem took over the practice. It continues to be a trusted clinic in the Silver Spring area providing care to the surrounding population.
